How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can only be purchased through our website. If you are having trouble checking out, please send an email to boxoffice@thegranadatheatre.com.
(DO NOT purchase tickets from any other website or retailer!)
What is your refund and exchange policy?
All sales are final. No refunds will be given unless the event has been canceled or postponed. If a show is canceled, refunds will process automatically 7 - 10 days after notice of cancellation. If the event is postponed, you can request a refund by emailing boxoffice@thegranadatheatre.com. Otherwise, your tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. If an event is not rescheduled within 90 days, refunds will be processed automatically.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes. If the event has not already sold out, tickets will be available to purchase at the door. Tickets purchased at the door must be paid via credit card or with exact change. The door price will always be a whole number and will be in increments of $5 (25, 30, 35, etc.)
Are there any age restrictions for attending events?
Guests under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Some events may be posted as 21+
Do you serve alcohol?
Yes. In addition to our fully stocked theater bar, Humphrey's Bar is also accessible through our lobby.
Do you sell food?
We have snacks such as candy, chips, popcorn, etc., but we do not currently serve hot foods/meals.
